Sales and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Marus Meals. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Marus Meals. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Marus Meals, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Marus Meals' Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Standard Return Policy
All returns must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date. To return an item, please email customer service at marusmeals@gmail.com or call 786.843.2295 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your RMA number to process your exchange.
Delivery Policy
Order by 10:30am for same-day delivery. Order made after 10:30am will be delivered the next business day. We do not do deliveries on Sundays. We only delivery in the following highlighted areas in Miami:
